Why would Sears not team up with Circuit City and sell space in stores where electronics used to be?

Wow, I didn't know they were coming back. o.O Maybe that zombie company can buy my sears building after April. lol (Who am I kidding, it's a lease and too expensive since that's why we're closing.)
