They’re going to lay off more people soon. But let’s be honest... the service from Argentina s---s and everybody know it except for the clueless leadership in gti... actually they may not be so clueless... they may just not care. But they’re lying to you. More layoffs coming!

Im a new employee... I was wondering why they had the "Button" support people in Argentina. Completely CLUELESS! Tickets take days, the analysts close the tickets before resolution (or even contacting me for that matter). I've resorted to send emails to the technical distribution lists for help instead of raising Buttons (not that the DL can help too much, but at least they try to help)
