We were set for a decent bonus. I don’t remember the amount we were supposed to receive and since our club closed without notice…Boom! it disappeared faster than smoke in the wind. I am grateful I don’t count it until it’s in my hand, therefore, no loss.

If that’s the case all but one club in our market would have closed.

From what I heard, the club has to make $1,000,000 in profit.

The Samshare percentage is irrelevant whenever they make these decisions. It's based off of total profit added to bottom line. You can be at 120% profit for samshare and still be losing money based off of budget.

Total sales $YTD? Shrink $ and % last inventory?

How old are buildings? Due for remodel?

Closest club still open?
