Cost cutting ideas

I believe Q can cut costs very easily using any of the following:

  1. Change comp so that everybody is paid minimum wage as cash salary and the rest is paid out in RSU. Fair P/E for Q is around 10 so there are significant saving opportunities there. Reduces the incentive for rest&vest behavior as well.

  2. Fire all engineers with title Sr Staff eng/mgr as well as half of all DIR and VPs redistribute their status collection responsibilities. Promote ppl from below as necessary with 0% raise.

  3. Move the entire company to India. Way waaay cheaper to do anything from there. What's the point of paying San Diego or bay area salaries to Indians when you can get off with way less?

Any comments? Especially from REST&VEST execs that troll this forum when not collecting statuses?
