Anybody knows the total of employees that were shown the door this week by Dell?
I'm just wondering how they are managing to continue laying off and avoid both WARN and bad press.
I guess that's why we hear about new layoffs nearly every week - they do them in smaller batches but more often.
Been told that Franklin will continue over the next two weeks. That extra security has been called to be on site. Don't know which building. Could be one or all.
Advice: If you suspect your time is up, recommend clearing out your personal items ahead of time. Because management will get it mailed to you in a couple of weeks. And sometimes items have had the tendency to arrive broken or smashed.
Dell EMC morale has been a piece of sh-- level for over a year now. F--- the incompetent management.

This sounds like its coming directly from HR and is totally scary.
The effect on moral is not good with layoff hanging over people .
Hope this is all over soon and we can settle down to doing a great job.
