They eliminated at least 12 cosmetic positions- short staffed to begin with- any idea what their plan is?

Wake up people the chopping block has started......paramus nj 15 mins from nyc...8 people let go in men's dept. The whole hr department fired , 8 in womens and lot more . Sad but true....at this is a mega store .....wake up its happening

We eliminated 7 jobs in my department my volume is 8.2 million we made plan and ly and still cut 7 from my area. Shameful
An index? Are you insane? “Forced” to look at all the pages? Of course customers are to look through all of the pages! That’s the point! When have you EVER seen one of these books have an INDEX? Hahahahahaha....ROTF.
That book is a piece of sh--! It has no index and things are in random order forcing you to look through the entire thing. Somebody thought that was a good idea. Customers want to be able to quickly find what they are looking for - not forced to look through page after page of b---s---.
Home book hasn’t dropped In the mail yet. Too early. Stores are always dead in Jan except for returns. Everyone is broke and still paying off Christmas. One more week and people will be in with that book.
People should be scared. Our stores are so empty now. Huge home sale/furniture book. Nothing. Get those resumes ready folks, we're in trouble.

All of this is meaningless unless you reveal your store size.....12, 14, 7 means nothing unless we can compare it to your total.....
They laid 7 off in our cosmetics department and they are back peddling as well
They layed off 14 in our store last week. Now they have realized that was too many and are back peddling .
