Of the 150 hcmss, how many don’t have a license?

That was a vague on answer we got in the meeting today

The response to this question, based on the bi-lingual example that was given, seemed pretty clear to me. My take away was if it’s a necessity to “run the business” then it’s going to be required. Additionally, the more skills you have, the more of an asset you are to the organization. I truly believe HR is looking at overall knowledge, skills and abilities (historical experience, licensing, adaptability and flexibility) combining that with the Coach’s assessment, and that is how an individual’s “score” is compiled. If you score in the top 98 you will still have a job. Just my 2 cents.

Many states are unrestricted, so maybe licensure isn’t a criteria

No one knows the criteria that they are looking at specifically, just generalizations....someone asked if licensing was a criteria and there was a vague non committal answer that many things are looked at, so there was no definitive answer about it. Without knowing the criteria, it’s safe to say we are all at risk for RIF

Nothing was said or not said, but the question was brought up if licensing was being looked at, and new job posting on the career website says licensure is needed, and I was wondering how many were unlicensed...
