More layoffs Greenville

Ran into a high level manager this weekend. Basically told me if I would have made this past cut. I problly wouldn’t have made the one thats going to take place by the end of Q1. Glad I got the cut and was able to land a job befor the market gets more flooded

As the original poster and being legacy Alstom (and expect hate responses on this), the culture at GE is so internally focused that it is impossible to see or hear the customer. Last week, I was surprised to hear Power Service leaders refer to customer orders as "entitlements". Clearly arrogant IMHO given the state of the business.. It's not only ingrained in the leadership, but cemented at the employee level too. Now hurry up and go finish your PD.
