Marketing reports gone

For all that work in marketing you should have realized by now that all your reports on smart have not updated since 1/16/18 no expired/del no new business member report no credit card report etc. Ticket number put into HO. HO response marketing reports are gone. Here's our sign

Maybe your duties will switch to club pick up marketing associate since ehemmm.. we won't open til 10am all business members will need to go through club pick up so thats where you drive that piece of the business.

I've bee in Marketing for 20 years and yes I used those reports it's harder on Kpi to get the reports and member updates I have not seen this before where we don't even have conferance calls it's like marketing doesn't matter . Now people can just walk in anyway t buy a membership I am very passionate about my job but I feel like I'm not even apart of the club

Not to get anyone paranoid, but those were signs before audit was cut and before our club got closed down. Certain things were just gone or oddly moved. This all happened a few days before we got the news. So hang in there and let's see. If nothing happens by next week then I'd say you're ok for now.

The reports are moving from SMART to the WIRE. They’re still accessible. Reports have been working for me.

All of my reports stopped generating today. Yes some are on kpi. I have not been told not to do them in fact, when management paperwork was reduced I was told to continue because management didn't know what was changed. Getting the business member of the month is harder now because you have to use kpi. The report is all over the place. There changes coming everyone can see it. Some are going to be good and some will be not so good. I am hoping for good. I am with everyone else on that if they are going to close marketing team just do it.

If you've been in marketing for a long time you would know not even 6 months ago on chatter everybody in the company were complaining about how their reports we're different from kpi. Kpi was not showing all the new businesses and savings members that were signed up.I have experienced that myself numerous times. Everyone was asking on chatter and the response we always got was we're working on it. membership income is a big part of Sam share so if you're not pulling all reports and comparing them I'm sorry that your manager didn't train you. I would like to hear from people that have worked in marketing for several years. Respond and say no I have not been able to get these reports or yes I can get these reports.

We don't really use the smart system anymore for reports. Haven't in a long time. We no longer have to file the reports you are speaking of. We print from KPI

I dont know anything about marketing reports but i have noticed when i use my membership card it is prompting me to sign up for auto renew ..im already on auto renew as an associate so why would it prompt ..seems odd
