Well seems Honeywell selected a most incompetent web site for us. Maybe even for current employees. It took about a month to get on the website since they couldn't find me after the Rif. They tried to bill me for months that were already paid in 2017, about a One and a Half weeks to fix that. Then the upload to pay directly from the bank took more time but finally went through.
Then when that was all settled to pay it out of the account information that I sent them I had to re-enter all the information again instead of just selecting the account to use like 99% of other web sites. It's almost like they don't want anything to do with continuing your medical/dental/vision etc.
So if you get riffed and have to use Cobra for awhile keep on pushing that web site and check it daily.
Also if you use your cell phone and are in AZ it's legal to use those apps that record the calls with the web people. Just in case they promise something and it gets screwed up.
