More cuts coming to Kmart. Stores can't really afford more but its coming. All full time leads will be going to part time positions as soon as the end of this week. Store hours will be cut down as well. All of this being done before the new year.

This is a lie. Lol I’m a store manager and this was not discuss at our meeting nor did we get any news from our DM.
Beginning of the end...
So Sears is letting go of leads this week and Kmart is keeping them.. but only as part time??
