More layoffs yesterday. Maybe the theory is to have customers do it all in a self service mode. Soon they'll be fixing their machines as well! Virtually every major corporation is sharing the recent tax break with employees through bonus checks while Xerox not only pockets the savings, they lay more people off.
The greed and selfish manipulation of employees, customers and Profit has reached a new high in this sinking ship. I feel for anyone left at this point as they're facing an impossible situation going forward.
