Employees at MST Lorain were told there will be an announcement at 4:30 today. Do any other back office/stores have anything being announced today at that time?

Today at 1:30 EST the Field Staff were informed that the whole staff was being laid off, from the field tech up to the department head, nationwide.
Transition period from now through May 19, for 340-400 people, while transitioning tech support to be outsourced to NCR. Tech people have to stick around during transition to be eligible for severance packages. For the next month (ex-)Macy's tech people get dibs on 220 new positions at NCR, which includes new training, and for some, getting kicked upstairs.
He had us all fired and now he's leaving???? What?
This is the second top leader in MST to leave in two months. Signs of the time I say.
Yasir was over all of MST in Lorain, Johns Creek, and San Francisco. Was in this position for about a year.

Yasir is leaving MST January 31.
Other than previously announced L&D, HR, and Scheduling, MCCS hasn’t heard anything lately. We’re all anxious to know when we might hear something about anything! Please reply with any updates!
We were told the same at MST Johns Creek. Just told it was an "Organizational Update". We shall see.
