Does anyone know what “point in time” was used to complete the evaluations?

@RomDSG7-3qzf I can't tell you what PIT, the HCM-SS were evaluated. I only know about the RN's
Wow. Thanks for the info. 2 weeks before? That kind of s---s on a variety of levels, hcmss were struggling with the new care plan system, kind of sad they don’t look at the bigger picture, but capture metrics beyond your control, utcs, meetings, cgx issues, etc...
Thank you ! That helps us know what our assessments should look like.
RomDSG7-2dkl I can't tell you the point in time exactly but I can tell you it was about two weeks before you were told of the pending layoff. Is that specific enough for you? Does it really matter? You can call b---s--- on this anyway you want but this assessment was done by RN coaches in the time frame I said. Do you know what a really bad manager is? One who won't take responsibility for the things they do. They should s--- it up and admit that they were REQUIRED to do this Point in Time Assessment and stop trying to be the nice guy. That was their job and they did it.
We have been instructed not to discuss it and refer to HR
Lots of people on here claiming to be coaches saying they did the evaluations, but not one person has been able to say when that point in time was? I call bull s***. I asked my coach and was told she didn't do it, doesn't know when it was done but knew it had already been completed per the COM.
Yes
So this "point in time" has already come and gone and they have that data already?
They pick a date and use the data from the MPS for Quality and performance. with UPTO they look back the full year. Everyone is on the same point in time which means system issues apply to all, as do large roster reassignments. Only they know 'what' point they picked.
They said in the meeting last week that the evaluations the coaches and coms completed where based on a “point in time” not their entire history of employment with Humana. So what exactly is the “point in time” they based the evaluations on?
Could you elaborate?
yes
