Does anyone what kind of severance package mgrs receive?

Have your win # and ask them what your severance is, they will give you an estimate which will be very close to actual

The policy states that a manager will receive two weeks of pay for every continuous year of service at time of separation. You also receive one additional week for every $20,000 increment of your base salary (rounded up to the next $20,000 mark) For example of your salary is $50,000 you would receive 3 additional weeks of pay on top of the weeks for years of service.
All of this information is available on the Wire, if you’re in fear of losing your position I would recommend doing a little research on the front side so you know your rights.
Idk if this is accurate but I heard Sakarya gets 2 weeks pay for every year they have with the company. This is reasonable since a CM in one of the closing clubs has almost a whole years worth of pay after the 60 day continuous payment.
I’m curious on this too.
