Your raises come directly from coach and com. The salary you are hired in with reflects experience, education. After that your at the mercy of leadership

I believe 60-70K is the average with some making close to 80. To me, To me, 60-70 is considerably less than a 3 income figure, not slightly.

That HCM-RN is a bit full of herself! I have been in nursing for 35 years and don't know anyone making 6 figures except for the DON at a very large hospital in the city. And I consider 30k less a year considerable and not slight

The HCMRNs I know make in the 60-70K range. I think "slightly less than 6 figures" would be your answer;-)

Maybe a coach could respond to this question. I always have believed that discussing how much you are paid never turns out well. I Imagine, that it depends on educational level, certification and maybe even which region you live in. I asked for what I thought I was worth and left a three figure income to make slightly less than that for the opportunity to work at home.
