What will be the severance pay?

There are some other threads on here talking about this company enslaving people.
I'd say someone who signs an EOI, and wants to leave, but is prevented from leaving this company with what's supposedly being offered as a severance, and forced to stay, otherwise they can leave with nothing, is an enslaved, endentured employee.
The company wants your blood and bones, and if you don't want to give it anymore, leave with the shirt on your back, and GTFO.
Did they give anyone that wanted out severance, or was it all just more smoke and mirrors?
Enslavement at it's finest!
Absolutely!!! Can you tell me how many stores on your new route?
Here’s the ugly truth.....they aren’t gonna give you the package if they say they have a job for you. Doesn’t matter what you signed........I lost a lot of my enthusiasm for all this today....when I found out I’m basically starting over with all new stores. Right now I think I’ve been more or less shown the door and it’s been left up to me how long the walk lasts......
Stop with that b.s. about DSD. The conference call we had with our DM this morning alone dispelled how "committed" we are to it (and that's if I hadn't seen and read the other warning signs previously).
Hearing things like the company values saving budget over sales is concerning enough, but on it's own isn't that bad, because no one does the "sales at all costs" method anymore. However, add in the region saying we can back off our number is more concerning. Every once in a while we may hear something about not pushing too hard, but saying we can back off outright is an eye opener. Add in things like having no backstock in as many stores as possible, there's no doubt. There was more that I heard that I'm forgetting, but those were the biggest pieces. A company that values budget completely over sales is NOT committed to DSD.
What happens if they offer employees a different, lower paying position? Would we still get severance if we chose to leave???
Facts are all around you if you just pull your head out of the sand and take a look, or if you prefer.... Just keep it buried. Some of us prefer a heads up!
Anyone can say anything on here, where’s the facts?
Hearing pt gets nothing!
Reps will probably have to hit ridiculous numbers to keep cars.
We shall find out in the up coming months!
Nabisco will try to string u along as much as possible take it from an ex Keebler rep the last thing nabisco wants is mass exodus. Get ready to hit send on your resume also if it’s true there no severance for part timers that means rough going for sales reps the last 2 months were really bad at Kellogg’s because all the part timers bailed. Reps were merchandising and running routes swing guys bailed too good luck
When asked we will acknowledge that we once employed you.
