Anyone know what is happening with HASLs? I noticed last Sunday that my schedule was wiped out and that my title was changed to HA Sales Development Lead. No one has said a thing about the change, I am off today and haven’t been asked to come in.

Do you still HAVE a schedule? If so, ask your manager. Might be just a title change. If it's more than that, you should have been told. Should have been not necessarily would have been.
What benefits are you speaking of? If your a full time coordinator or zone supervisor you would still be entitles to benefits...
This is an hourly postition without benefits. Everyone is getting canned or reassigned to hourly without benefits.
The only asm left in the sears stores are softline if you can imagine that ... this is crazy
