S&P Global Ratings downgraded from "CCC-" to "CC" the Local Currency LT credit rating of Sears Holdings on January 24, 2018. The outlook is negative.

Moody also downgraded from Caa3 to Ca on 1/26/18. Can't remember when they got downgraded to Caa3 but it was a few months back in October 2017 I think.
