Night crew is moving to days. 3am-noon. Heard that a while ago. Multiple clubs already piloting that program, Texas and on the East Coast. Where y’all at?!?! How’s it working?

If they are getting rid of APM I hope that means I can stop doing audits as a TL.

Well if they do anything similar to how they restructured the fresh managers this makes complete sense .

  1. The manager roles and responsibilities would change .

  2. They displace all of the current managers in the company and all would be required to reapply for the "new" management positions .

  3. This opens up the entire company's management job pool which then allows the 500 +managers from the closed locations to apply for the "new" positions as quite a few of them are better than some in clubs that remain open .

  4. Those not selected would be. Displaced.

Fairly confident this is how it will go down as it allows the company to rid themselves of the poor performers and upgrade the overall talent base.

As for the APMs well the consent decree we signed with the government has expired and we are not longer required to have that role. Most of their responsibilities have been given to eco lab anyways and the audit process has been eliminated . Yes they will be missed.......

Makes to much sense huh ?

"against the law"...where have you been? A California judge ruled Walmart committed EXTORTION just recently regarding a shoplifting program. Nothing happed to Walmart. They just had to stop using the program they created. That's it, no fine, no punishment, no damages, did not return anyone money.

Unless you demote someone based on performance or they step down it is against the law to take money away from someone after you give it to them. Some of this sounds legit but not everything.

Your wrong Groceries is getting its own mgr back. If they eliminate overnight mgr then who's going to open the club every morning at 4am for the nightcrew to come in. I believe thats your opinion and no facts to support it. We should all know something by noon Monday. I hear all mgrs have a meeting Monday morning.
