It’s happened to us once. Now they are talking about test situations where store managers are running multiple stores, so why couldn’t the ACCMs be doing the same? Who knows, everyone I talk to are fearing for their jobs as more meetings at store, market and regional level keep on being rumored

Damn no replies, I don't even think we get noticed.
We deal with claims, compliance, angry customers being short staffed, end up opening at 7am and staying to closing pass 8pm and working on off days back 2 back due claims, being short on techs, and customer issues no other ASM CO or SM wants to or can deal with.
Also we have to make sales every week.
Get little recognition from the store. Where only called ASMs when store mgr needs hardware, sporting goods or Garden Center fixed. and when issue in TLE comes up it's your the ACCM fix it.
