The people that came up with and approved this program should quietly resign to preserve some dignity. The entire company at all levels are laughing at this joke of an initiative.

I can understand using a re-set team when a new store or a remodel is happening, but do not understand how using an outside group of people to re-set one or two planograms makes any sense at all. Most likely this will cost more in the long run then simply having one existing person in each store dedicated to this task and keeping the hours needed in store.
What the hell are you guys talking about? Down south we have Spar taking over the plan-o-grams and so far it has been one 300 pound guy by himself huffing and puffing his way through a 3 hour plan-o-gram and it has taken him 2 days every time. Just a huge joke but falls in line with the way Advance has been making decisions over the past year. Nothing and I seriously mean nothing could surprise me anymore. I used to come to work ever day and really believe that this company could be my future but right now I just come to work ever day to laugh at each new terrible decision.

BoBo in Filipino literally means stupid. How appropriate.
They have set 2 planograms in our store. Took them almost all day and we had to reset everything they done because it was done wrong. They fit right in with the mentality of the leadership of this company. And this company has some of the dumbest DM's on the east coast I've ever seen. Told mine about it and he actually took up for them.
