Some people can't help it. It's just their nature. It must s--- for them to have been born with that nature, they can't escape it. They have no choice but to live with their rude and negative self.
Sears doesnt have the money or technology for robots. They barely have the technology to ring someone up without the system crashing. Your job is safe for the next hour.

40 hours will be going to 30 hours. You will be changed to hourly if you were salary. If you were already full time hourly you will get a max of 30 hours per week. These cuts and reassignments are being done in stages. This is the first round
40 hr grandfathered not eliminated everywhere.....at least in our store as of Friday......I am tired of sweating out each round of cuts....worrying whether I will be walked out the door....or knocked down to parttime.....so I am starting to put in applications elsewhere with companies that are growing......Hopefully I will find a job where I can work another 10-15 years to retirement and start a second 401K to add to my retirement.
Benefits will be cut, pension will be cut, more layoffs and reassigments coming. Hold on and good luck
They also did away with the grandfathered 40 hour a week full-timers and knocked them down to 30 hour a week full-timers.
