The jobs that were cut from full time to part time were they any commissioned jobs?

Commission sales wont be cut but they will cut the commissions on everyone except the few stores where they are moving the appliances and mattresses to the front of the store or to a smaller space within a mall. Trying to go to the small store format.
Maybe the people on here, should start a Prayer Circle to keep your jobs intact.
No commissioned sales were cut in my store. Asm, leads, and office workers as well as warehouse.
