Very relevant - with oracle going down the drain the BoD needs to be sued for general dereliction of duty and breach of fiduciary duty to shareholders, which will happen as soon as the share price crashes or the SEC brings cloud washing charges, whichever is first.

They should make sure there is no money trail from LE to anyone on the BoD. People could have been paid off to go along with the plan. When LE make $4 Billion, there's plenty to go around.

I always thought that was a shady deal. LE stepped down from CEO right before that. I suspect SC and MH are really CEOs in name only. LE is still calling all the shots and the BoD is easy to manipulate.
They are all crooks! Every last one of them. LE is a control freak! Bunch of thugs who know how to manipulate money.
Once the stock price tanks they'll have some real ammunition. Everything is a sham. The "cloud" is nothing but a money-making scam. Pretend to build a "cloud" and watch the stock rise. It's all crap.
