Rumors Rumors Rumors that is all that actually is on here. No one on here knows exactly what is going to happen. Monday morning there is a meeting but most likely we still will not know. I do not see them having a meeting with all mgrs present and telling all what is going to happen, that meeting will most likely be with the CM and the MM and just those two and then the CM would have that meeting with there assistants. Tomorrow's meeting will probably be about the new market realignment and the new pay structure. If you are a manager and have been invited to this meeting I just do not think in any way possible that you would be told in a meeting with all other mgrs present that you are losing you job. If someone is not willing to put there name and club number down then why would anyone really believe that. Anyone from any where can post on this site.

Typical manager statement post your club number? I guess that's why they had floor managers take that special cbl few months back smh

It's a call do discuss and educate our team on a new line of frozen biscuits. People are freaking out over the busiquits. Sad.
100% correct. I was an assistant manager for the last 2 changes (eliminating Grocery and the Fresh changes) and assistant managers found out via the club manager in a closed door meeting and then immediately had a club wide meeting regarding it.
Tomorrow's call is likely just a change for assistant roles. The hourly side is likely a week or 2 away or hey it may not happen at all until April. Sam's loves their Q2 changes as much as their Q1 changes.
Oh yeah? And how were all of the associates at the closed Neighborhood Markets and Wal-Mart Express stores informed of their layoffs a year ago again?
