Does anyone know whether bonuses are locked in at this point and is it safe to give 2 weeks notice? Or could you lose it?

No, my guess is that it cannot be taken away if you were notified of the amount. I would think you could have given notice 5 minutes after that conversation. Just my guess.
That's right is but worth the risk. Just don't give them any notice. 😂😂😂
They could stop payment (they're a bank). But most likely wouldn't since it opens up litigation.
Ask yourself though - is it worth the risk?
