No matter what is announced today, it will be good to finally know where we stand. I'm sick and tired of not knowing and constantly being stressed out over it.
I'm hoping that hard work means something and even if I have to reapply as an assistant manager I will get to keep my job. But even if I don't, I'll be good.
I just really, really need it to be truly announced today.
I believe today is just about the manager realignment...nothing to do with hourly :(
Well at least for a year...
If we are told we have to reapply for our positions today I don’t think I will be doing so, I will look at finding a full time position else where in the store and focus on starting up a small business. I have spent many years supporting what the company wants and needs to achieve and I am thankful for all the opportunity they have given me but now I need to focus on my future for a change.
With you on that, so ready for it to be over so I can decide where to go from here. Certainly will be taking more me time this year instead of working extra hours and missing out on important things with my family.
