More than likely the government will assign a value to Q's 5g patent portfolio that is far below what Q would charge.
This has been done many times when 'national interest' comes into play.
Qualcomm is anti Trump. Qualcomm is not required for a 5g network. Trump isn't going to save Qualcomm.
