I have been watching for any news on this. His girlfriend seems to be getting lots of perks. I do not understand why management is allowing this to happen. Guess it has something to do with his first cousin’s position. Corporate Quality Control Manager.

I know for a fact that a report was made. My understanding it that is it under investigation. Wouldn’t surprise me if they don’t try to sweep it under the rug, but I do know that it is being looked into. Someone else filing a report would only solidify that something is going on. I say go for it!!!!!
You probably wont have a job much longer anyway. McDermotts gonna clean house, sell off what they dont want or need. Walk up and call em out in front of everyone. Go straight to the top if nothing else. They just assume you dont have the guts to say sumn. I'd walk up and just slap the sh!t out of em.
Maybe you should get them to talk to people in the QC Department that were recently laid off. I know there are some people that were laid off and people were kept because they were “connected” so they will be retrained instead of keeping the people that were doing the job when they should have been the ones to go. Just an idea. I bet there are some people that would speak to your contact!!!
They are getting removed because you are using names or too much personal information. Just stick with job titles and you should be good.
CMS policy or not I’m not tell anyone CB&I related period. I know what that will get me......That’s why I’ll be telling someone that’s only interested in the truth.
Need to find out if there is a CMS policy for Nepotism. Makes you wonder if they are violating policy??? But I bet there isn’t one. That way they cannot get in trouble.

I’ve been thinking on this subject for a while now and something just hit me . I have a friend that has a best friend that just happens to be a WAFB reporter. I dont want to call the Ethics line or HR for fear of my own job . I know if I tell the reporter she will keep my identity 100% confidential . So with that said I’ll give you by the beginning of next week to do the right thing . If I don’t see a change if our department in Walker you better have a plan B cause I’ll make you famous . I promise you I’m not bluffing !

Yeah that’s my fault for using that language and calling out names. I know for next time and I’ll keep y’all updated on what happens here.
Read the site rules. Posting personally identifiable info is not allowed here, site admins nuke that kind of posts, and usually block your IP as well. They don't allow using derogatory language either.
