Everyone I know who worked at Oracle in the BlueKai (Marketing Cloud) group WARNS folks to stay away from Oracle because of what a sh-- show it is. The word is definitely out.
Help your friends get out, in whatever way you can.
The dork that posted the message about not wanting to bad-mouth the company because they have friends there, is NOT helping their friends.
Keeping employees in a corrupt environment like Oracle, is NOT help. Tell them the truth about where they work, so they can make informed decisions.
