It’s either this week or next week....should we look for the dreaded email to be going out Tuesday night for the layoff meet on Wednesday or on Wednesday night for the layoff meeting on Thursday? Will they coordinate the rest of the layoffs with the PHC layoffs on 2\1? That may be easier for HR with all paperwork going out the same time vs staggered, so it may mean this week?

I hope it's this week. Just get it over with. Placing all of us RN's on edge since the town hall meeting is bullc@&$. This stress is killer. Makes me feel like a schizophrenic... one minute I want to be let go... the other minute I think"Jeesh .. now I have to go get dressed and get ready to work the floor again". If I make the first cut at least it gives me a few more paychecks and time to really think about what I want to do next. Still.... they did this on purpose to us... waiting for HCM RNs to quit so they don't have to pay their severances
Did they ever say they wanted the RIF people to be gone by the end of 1st quarter? If they did, they'll have to notify by tommorow for a meeting on Wednesday. However, I didn't think they were really cared if the end of the 60 day notice fell in 1st quarter or second?
-thx. Do basic math. A quarter of a year is 1/4 of 12 months. That’s 3 months. When is the first day after the first 3 months of the year is completed?

At town hall meeting they said “Live Healthy is closing in February.” If they specified a date, I missed that.
Are you sure it ends 2/1? I don’t remember hearing that
I would think it is this week for PHC’s since the program is closing Feb 1. Who would they call?

Since I am unable to keep my job nor find another one within the company, I’m ready to be released and get paid so I can relieve the stress before finding another job. I’m ready for it to just be over
I hope it is this week and that they release us ASAP.
