GE is a mess. It will be a very rough ride for at least 5 years. If you stay you will look back and wonder what happened to your career/job. While other companies employees have been reaping rewards last few years and will continue to. We will feel the pain. I am getting out and hope those who stay won't regret down the line. Good Luck
