I heard from my grocery manager that some managers are going to be cut sometime this week. She is thinking she will be one of them, seeing as she is the grocery manager. Which is ridiculous she is one of and probably the only manager here that actually works.

Yup 2 managers let go today @ my club
We had 1 let go today as well
General Manager who has worked for Sams Corp since she was 16 yrs old was walked out today then 3 more Mangers were walked out.............. Very sad day. Never worked for better Managers.............
Any word on hourly positions eliminated?
Ie PTC, Mktg Lead?
3 managers were cut from my club today including our club manager. Everybody is on edge! It's crazy!!
I heard the same from a manager at Sams Club..
Grocery position is staying. Just adds compliance and loses freezer cooler.
Roles will be:
Fresh 1 (bakery and produce)
Fresh 2 (cafe, meat, freezer cooler)
Membership experience
Overnights
General merchandise
Grocery compliance
Four managers were cut from my club today.
