Anyone know when this is going to happen the suspense is horrible and i just want to sleep at night.

i like that they gave us a heads up, but an actual DATE of the notices going out should have been included. But that is just my opinion.

Far from emotional abuse. Especially when they offer counseling for free and you choose not to take part in it.
I agree! We were given warning--so we can't say we were blind sided. That's not abusive!
How in anyway is this emotional abuse? Look at it as an extra month of pay while you look for work. It's a crappy situation but you would all be screaming if you were caught off guard with the layoff
Humana really can't win.... if they give us a heads up.... then it's considered emotional abuse.... it not.... everyone is on the lack of transparency bandwagon. It's awful but I'm glad we were at least given the heads up..... Humana did not have to do that
Im going crazy too! I cant believe they are making us wait like this. If i wasnt the breadwinner of my family and having JUST BOUGHT A HOUSE I would of bounced a lomg long time ago. This is absurd.
This is straight up emotional abuse. If you get laid off it might be the best thing that's happened to you since this started 1yr ago. It's not about low performers. It's about a controlled, carefully preplanned project of closing out whatever roles they decided to long ago. To believe anything else is giving in to the abuse. I am happier now, facing the stress of unemployment with no severance anymore, than I was in my last few months when I was literally suicidal over this job.
