We were told to fill out a survey. A MANDATORY survey to help them continue to provide our management teams with new opportunities for growth. We were told to be honest. Yet the company was dishonest and used it to terminate us. Sad day! Sad company! Where are the lawyers!!!!

Yeah, no lawsuits. If I'm not mistaken we all had to sign an arbitration agreement. Also if you think the survey was used unfairly against you then contact the ethics hotline as I also believe that the information was anonymous and listed the number to the hotline before you took it.
Survey about our past jobs, willingness to change positions, willingness to relocate and so forth. It was a data collection point for this weeks ongoings.
I predict that there will be lots of lawsuits against our company. Managers were let go like it was a witch hunt! Hopefully these displaced managers fight the companies decision and are brought back to the position they were in. The way our company went about this manager restructure should be fired!! Something fishy is going on at the Home Office.
All I remember about the survey was ways to potentially grow example “willing to relocate to a new city, state, country, etc.”. I don’t think there was much to take from that to dismiss a manager. The evaluation between the CM and MM would be 100% where a manager could be dismissed from.
One to help us develop and grow. Wasn’t called a talent review which is what they are calling it now.
What kind of survey was it?
