Hourly Associates Stand Up For Yourselves !!

If there is any club where the Associates think that their Club Manager should not be gone , or one of the Assistants that is gone should not be gone .... Ask those Club Managers and Assistants the facts of their performance, since some think this was a performance thing .... I have heard of Managers and Assistants who had "Solid Performer" Evaluation ratings, Good Market Visits, the best or near the top of their Markets in the PnL performance and Samshare Bonus, one displaced Manager club is maxing out Associate Bonus this year , great shrink results , good Associate Opinion Surveys ,,, and then have one coaching on them for the year that is months and months ago ... .one coaching does not justify displacement ..... Hourly Associates you will be heard of you report to work tomorrow and ALL clock in on time and ALL gather and stand at the front of your clubs in the Café area and do not go to do your work until you have answers or until your Managers are back in place - yes, this sounds like Union Organizing .... I assure you I am not one of those nor was I ever in one ... however, I am one of you , a SAMS Associate ... if we stand up for fairness and whats right and we ALL do this in every club at the same time and basically shut down the business , they "the big cheeses who still have their jobs" will have to talk to us .... and give us real answers , not the Bull Crap that's coming ... if you remember about 4 years ago they got rid of a bunch of Assistant Managers then .... its happening again .... and will happen again in the future .... time to stand up , this is the year of the protest , its protected by the constitution, we Sams Associates might as well be heard too , like we used to be heard in the old days ... today we are just numbers .... sad but true.

I am an assistant and the market team will not give you a reason. They tell you that you did not meet the performance requirements. And if you try to pull the policy, the policy has changed. They have had months to look you over and will add additional requirements. I was a lucky that got to keep my job.

This is the way of the world, they can do whatever they want. You just need to go to work and do your job. If you don't like it, find something else. Walmart does NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!

They have been slowly rolling this out for years. Sam Walton is not coming back. EBT members have taken over, good luck getting the tooth paste backed in the tube. They should have tried the Costco model 20 years ago. Enjoy those bonuses, that's pennies to what they are saving with this "restructuring".

sounds like this is coming from a manager who got let go, one coaching may be one more than other coaches who have none so that one coaching is relevant. Why would hourly associates stand up for the managers when managers don't stand up for hourly associates.
