I am tired on coming on here on here to see what’s next. It’s not fair. I’m tired of the favoritism. Not getting interviewed because management already pre-selected. Schedules changing on a weekly, sometimes daily baisis. It’s time.

Union workers get paid, on average, 23% more than non-union.
Not everyone, or every club has to be a part of a union.
Please don’t let your managers find out, Wal-Mart has a reputation of closing them down (but stating other causes). Since they’ve recently closed down other stores, they can say it was part of their plan.
I enjoy my job but this isn’t right, this is the only way we can try to change it.
