Yea, unfortunately most companies are like that now. Heck most don’t even hire anyone. They use 3rd party contract hires...
I’ve strait up told me CM in the AES meetings, that In the past this was a great company and people would beg to work here and invest time and make a living even just staying hourly. But now with the crappy fixed pay scaling, terrible raises nobody wants to invest years in. When you only get a .20-.25 raise... so now you have basically 100% turnover. I’ve also told my FAM to her face, when asked why I never applied for mit, that I hate this company(I love my job) and they treat their employees like crap
Exactly why I never wanted to either. Hard to wanna do anything with this company anymore. They take your life then discard you like a piece of trash.......
This is why(one of the main reasons) I refused to apply for MIT asked about 3 different times or more to last year.
Will he get a package if he doesn’t find something?
