I completely agree with you @RuqfPjX-1jab. It's a bunch of cluster f**ks. Too many chiefs not enough Indians everybody wants to be in charge.

I guess it's too much to ask for people to do their Duty, what they agreed to do when they took the position. You don't like your job honor it by either changing positions or leaving. Respect those that have lost their job and then are still doing their job productively by doing your job to your abilities.

It's just sad to see how many grown adults turn into high schoolers. It's not just on here you see it in the club's too people have been there for a while cuddling in Corners trying to figure out what's going or what's next. I get it, but we are still open we're still doing business we still have members in our clubs. We still have a job to do.

I stand tall and do what I need to do to make myself feel better. I've never quit on a job nor will I start with Sam's Club. If my job disappears tomorrow I just get to sleep in. If my job doesn't go away tomorrow then I will make sure I have a work load to do.

No disrespect Ma’am but military runs a much tighter fleet. These people just trying to get answers sounds like your trolling on here.

To @RuqfPjX-1vqw. I am not pathetic I take pride in what I do. If you were prior military you'd understand the hundred and 110% motto. You show two things that one you are weak by name calling and two you expect others to care when you don't show the same to them.

It is fact that more jobs are being let go then was expected. There may be more to come. We don't know. Most get on hear in hopes of finding out more than what they know. Not to read stupidity by others.

There are clubs testing out programs for different things. One that we all know now is the receiving. Whether or not they decide to implement it permanently has not happened yet. After all it is a new year and with each New Year the company changes direction for growth. Without that who knows maybe the company would not be in existence today.

I started getting on this site to see what was being said about my job like others on here. Since January 15th when they announce our new benefits in the closing of clubs this site has gotten out of control.

I didn't raise my voice by typing in caps letters, degraded anybody by calling them names, or belittled any one of their position or time and Service with the company.

People would be naive to think that Sam's Club / Walmart would not be affected by the decrease in brick-and-mortar and the increase of e-commerce. Look at the trends Kmart, Sears, JC Penney's, Marshalls, Toys R Us, let's not forget the newest one AT&T. Are we too big that we can't be affected?

Loyal to the end where has that got you! You make it sound so easy to do. Those so called members could give a damn if your rent is paid are if you have food on the table. Don’t down people cause they want to know what is going on your pathetic. You go ahead and do your job 110% cause tomorrow will not be promised to you cause you could be displaced enjoy your evening.

If what you expect to happen does not happen at the beginning of the week or even at the end of the week it must be happening the next week. How are you affectively doing your job? Sam's Club is full of rumors and gossip. If you spent have your time doing your job to the best of your ability then you would not be as worried. As for me I love what I do and those that I work with. I love helping our members and try to do better than the day before.

Unless you had a set at the table when these plans were put into motion, you really don't know what will happen.

I hope the bleeding stops, but if it is not done we will move on. Be prepared. Stop standing by and letting others determine your future. Get a plan together.

My job has been on the line for several months. I come in every day and do what is expected of me. I will work until they tell me otherwise. And I will do it at 110% because I am representing for what I believe in. What will you do? After all we owe it to our co-workers and members.

If your club isn’t carrying cheese biscuits you can expect it to close by Q3 of this year. All clubs in our market who closed did not carry.

It will not be on the 5th. Stop spreading rumors. The 5th is when the positions will be open for those that have been displaced can re-apply. There are more changes to come but not necessarily in the form of more layoffs. Although some of the information on here has and may come true there is a lot of B's that is going on with it. For legal reasons those that know what is going on cannot post. The information that is true is mostly second hand may have false bits with it.

Don't be upset for a company having to grow their practices to keep up with the times. The bad part is that we all like what we are doing. If you are not trying to improve yourself to grow with the new demands then you are part of the problem.

Bottom line don't post bad Intel when it didn't come from the horse's mouth.
