Does anyone know what qualifications were being asked for in that assessment? Are they looking for beachlors degree? Why is it kept so secretive!!!!!

Plus why is it being handled so inappropriately!

Did GMs get rated? I for damn sure knw ours s---s n is the main problem n our store... yet she still has a job... We have had bad walks over n over n recently we had a compliance walk where fresh failed miserably.... Sadly we are losing a really great ON manager. Keep getting rid of ur hardworking ppl n watching those numbers decline companys new moto... More for Less!

Apparently it doesn’t matter what talent you have. If you were not rated worth anything by your club manager and market manager you are out..... or if you ever tried to use an open door for anything. Believe me you don’t have to have 2 coaching either....
