I will never go back to Humana. Period. I am now on unemployment for $400 some a week, I can't find a job in the industry, and I refuse to even consider Humana. I'd take a McJob first. My self respect is worth it. PLEASE EXPRESS YOUR DISCONTENT ON GLASSDOOR WHICH IS WIDELY USED FOR INSIDE INFO ON EMPLOYERS.
I have worked with Humana for 8 years until I accepted early retirement. So far Humana has been good to me, my coaches were very understanding about my situation taking care of my disabled mom. I was paid good, benefits were good. I can’t complain. I am so sorry you fee this way. I do agree with the other poster that it is the same with other places /companies too. Hope you will be able to find a better job if ever you will be affected by the lay offs.
Humana s---s, it does not care about its staff. Humana only care about money and this is affecting quality
I have been at this game a long time, and I certainly don't live in a fish bowl. I have worked inpatient and out, corporate and hospital, good times and bad... if Humana is working for you, GOOD FOR YOU. For me, it's the worst of the worst. Throw stones if you like, but my experience there was CRAP and I will tell anyone who wants to hear.
Right, you can go work for one of the hundreds of hospitals and healthcare companies that are ALSO LAYING people off. No, this isn't about Humana, it's going on everywhere.
