If Sam's Club is intentionally being secretive and non-transparent in what's going on to get people to stress out and quit on their own, it worked for them in my case. I'm done.
This kind of intentionally emotionally abusive work environment is not good for any one of us, and they know it well. I've decided to throw in a towel and leave even if I don't have a replacement job yet.

The 2 that are supposedly quitting now are most likely young ones that still live at home with there parents. Im guessing less than a couple years with the company. Hold out until the end and get the severance pkg. You said you didnt have a new job so be smart .
