I thought someone had said the news of layoffs was fake. They said the reserved rooms were for year end reviews. Maybe they were being sarcastic. I guess anyone who thinks this ship will stay afloat is being sarcastic. Will they turn a profit next quarter? Let's see if this move does the trick

@@RvF5Mw2-1bfq Not always was the intel on the spot your right on that . But this last 2 weeks that just passed firing did actually happen and was harsh. My store got hit hard I know it was happening, but not that rough.
I agree we havent heard from popcorn in a while, but we have heard of other people actually awaring us and telling us what was happening this recent waves of firing.
Post arent always on the spot here, but I have gotten more aware and more intel here than I would ever get outside this site.
Seems like most post on here are correct. Now come are total BS but for the most part they are spot on the money. If you choose to believe that somehow shc is transforming and will make it you havent paid attention. SHC may make it but it will not be in retail and most if not all of the employees who now work at HE, Sears and Kmart will be gone. Some may transition to the new SHC but for the most part anything to do with retail is going extinct.
You guys are all nuts. Seriously. None of you even work at HE, I don’t even think most of you work at Sears. I saw that post and everyone knew it was sarcasm, we haven’t had reviews for a long time.
As for anything being true on this site, who knows. Look at the posts, Kmart was closed 5 times in the last 6 weeks, layoffs announced hundreds of times. All fake. We were supposed to go BK last year, then no wait, January 31st!

A lot of people on here are going thru tough times, but most of the posters here are playing pretend. Give us real Sears employees some space to talk, go bother the Penney’s people for a change.

Yeah whoever posted that was a liar. Of all the comments this past week, the rude-hurtful-angry-childish comments that one was the most annoying, rooms were booked for layoffs but the comment said it was for year end reviews to throw you off the scent treating you all like fools, those organizing this layoff are the real fools from the HR personnel with calendars visible to all to having today’s layoff leaked weeks before, very unprofessional HR/corporate team
They reviewed your job at the year end and determined you did not need the job anymore. So technically, it was not a lie.
