So what do you do during your 60 days of pay. If you were displaced do you go back to your club at all? How do you apply for a new position?

I was an APM...i was told today that I no longer have a position within the company and that they do not have a position to offer me... So I am displaced... I get 60 days of pay... And then after that I'm eligible to receive my severance package for my years of service... I am eligible to find another position within the company

It is 2 weeks for every year as a salaried manager. Also, a week for every $20000 base pay.

Hourly is one week for every year.

Severance will depend on years of service. I have heard that some of the long term managers are receiving the equivalent to one year salary. But I've also heard severance is taxed the same as a bonus. So it may not and up being that much.

But again, this is just all info that's been passed on through several people. It could be inaccurate.
