The rumors I've heard are this whole process was finalized by a computer. That's correct, your positions and locations were determined entirely by a piece of software. It was given the survey taken, past evaluation and a ratings spreadsheet filled out by the club manager/market manager. From there the software made the decision if you were displaced from your position, offered a position and in what club the position was offered in.
If true is this what it has finally come to in the corporate business world? Keep the people faceless and let a computer sort it all out. HR is an easy paycheck when you don't need to personally make any decisions.
