Things are looking quite dim. Not even sure my club is safe.
Everyday we are reminded how bad our friendliness rating is on mxvoice. The managers that always tell us this at every morning meeting were let go (GM +2 others).
Sam's share is actually good this year but feel like lots of people are going to take it and the bonus and say see ya and leave. Club still struggles retaining employees so that might be a good thing for 5yr+ associates like myself, but now im not sure.
Starting to think i should just go to a tech school and become a plumber.
