Remember the survey we took during Blitz week?
This is totally a result of that survey. I could not figure out how or why they were letting go of experienced educated managers and keeping managers with as little as 2 yrs experience.
The company "Qualtrics" specializes in scoring management groups and placing a score on each of four different areas of concern. It says your either engaged, dis engaged , or middle of the road. the survey asked is we have tools to do the job...if we saw ourselves with the company in two years etc....
if you can find your email that was sent in November and follow that link in the bottom right of the screen it will connect you to that company website where you can see what they do. it says it's there to help identify areas where we can become better leaders etc but our company used it as a hit list.
