Coaching are on your record for a year. If you are on a third the next level is termination.
The managers that I personally know that have been let go only had one coaching on their record. And on managers was going to fall off in another three weeks!!!!
Well if you have 3 coaching in one year maybe you should be let go...
All coachings are for one year.
No, but the next step is termination. First coaching falls off after 6 months, then your second and third will fall after a year.
