I agree 80% true. Things I have read over the months started happening. Just pay attention!
We are currently in the middle of the 2018 Project Cheese Biscuit. Cash office and Audit last year and manager restructuring was only the start.
There was a post Dont Believe Everything You Read it was prettymuch dead on about this site. The current mg restructure thats taking place right now I didnt recall any info until after it started happening,

on the whole - we all benefited a lot here - sharing info... you need to read between the lines and not take all way too seriously, I'd say this 80% accurate and 20% noise (so far)...
i am also following walmart here and they are even more precise there - the whole co manager fiasco was well documented there and the news broke there several days before anything got announced.
you quickly learn to figure out what posts to track and where to pay attention. there will be some passive aggressive stuff, a lot of complaining (totally justified) and an occasional troll, again in the aggregate this resource is solid.
Several times I've read things here about incoming layoffs before they were announced, so I'd recommend it. You just have to learn how to separate noise from actual scoop.
It depends. There are trolls as there are everywhere, so there will be a bad post or two. But on the whole, I've found it can really be a gold mine for good info, especially on days like today.
This is just a bunch of Sams associates/managers letting us all know what happened within their store. Every store is restructuring differently.
I find out in an hour if I lose my position as manager.
